Product Designer - Core Experience

Design high-quality user experiences across various interfaces and own the end-to-end product design. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define visual and interaction language while mentoring future designers.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality user experiences across conversations, product discovery, browsing, and purchase flows
- Own end-to-end product design for desktop and mobile web, with consideration for future native apps
- Define and evolve interaction patterns for agent behaviors, multimodal flows, and responsive UI
- Drive the visual and interaction language of the product, including motion and animation principles
- Lead discovery work: shaping user journeys, flows, and high-level information architecture
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing or AI-enabled products
- Senior or staff-level product designer with strong depth in responsive web and mobile experiences
- Outstanding visual design and interaction design skills, with strong attention to craft and detail
- Proven experience designing complex systems, task flows, or multimodal interfaces
- Ability to switch between systems-level strategy and hands-on execution
- Strong design communication skills; able to articulate thinking through visuals, prototypes, and narrative
