Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on experiences that support acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion
- Own growth-related initiatives, including first-time user experiences, feature discovery, in-product education, and upsell flows
- Translate growth hypotheses and product strategy into user-centered, measurable solutions
Requirements
- 4–7 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership, impact, and product thinking
- Experience designing for B2B or B2B2C products, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or complex professional platforms
- Proven experience designing for growth strategies such as onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, or monetization
