Responsibilities
- Work on the &Open platform for senders and recipients, enhancing the tools for creating custom gifts
- Collaborate with the Head of Product on customer research to better define and solve problems
- Drive design solutions through iterative processes, from low fidelity to high fidelity designs
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Design roles within SaaS or retail software
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and discuss their impact
- Experience conducting user research and working directly with customers
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating with diverse teams
