Senior UX Designer, Managed Agencies - Council for Estate Agencies (CEA)

As a Senior UX Designer, you will contribute to Singapore's real estate digitalisation by designing user-centric solutions and collaborating with product teams to create intuitive interfaces. You will also establish and maintain design systems that scale across CEA's digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Singapore's real estate digitalisation by designing user-centric solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to create intuitive interfaces
- Apply user research and testing expertise to ensure digital platforms meet the needs of estate agents, consumers, and industry stakeholders
- Help establish and maintain design systems that scale across CEA's digital platforms
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance user interaction with Singapore's trusted real estate marketplace
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, design research or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI design work
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro)
- Experience in Design System and Government-to-Business Application Development
- Experience in Singapore Government or Enterprise-Level projects
- Track record of successful design system implementation
- Understanding of various application development disciplines such as Agile, Product Management (Design and Planning) etc.
- Knowledge of Singapore Government DSS
