As a Lead Product Designer, you will define and communicate the UX vision and strategy for the Hub team while driving the end-to-end design process. You will also lead UX research initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear UX vision and strategy for the Hub team, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Drive the end-to-end design process for Hub products, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation
- Collaborate with the design system team and work in close collaboration with front-end leads and architects to maintain and evolve design standards across the platform
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, including lead-level roles
- Proven track record of shipping digital products, improving them, and working through multiple product lifecycles
- Strong expertise in Lean UX, Agile, and design systems
- Solid understanding of Product Management principles and ability to influence roadmap decisions
