Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and execute growth initiatives
- Drive the design process from early concept through to implementation, ensuring clarity, coherence, and quality across touchpoints
- Lead and shape user research activities, defining research approaches and advocating for user needs throughout the organisation
- Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance, feedback, and design direction
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, demonstrating expertise in creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences
- Proven track record leading the full product development lifecycle for web and or software applications
- Experience planning, conducting, and synthesising user research to inform strategic and tactical design decisions
- Ability to deliver design solutions that drive measurable outcomes, support business growth, and create new value for customers
