Lead Product Designer

Lead end-to-end design of web and product experiences, ensuring usability and delightful user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on feature design and provide mentorship to junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of web and product experiences, from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Translate complex AI-driven workflows into simple, actionable, and intuitive user interactions
- Develop user personas, journeys, flows, and scenarios to inform design decisions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on data, feedback, and user behavior
- Define, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns for consistency and scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product-focused UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual execution
- Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile product environments
