Product Designer (UX/UI & Web)

Lead end-to-end product design for web and digital interfaces, including research, interaction design, and prototyping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are met while adhering to technical and regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for web and digital interfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing with patients and internal stakeholders
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes and design specifications for responsive web experiences
• Define and maintain design systems, component libraries and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and clinical teams to balance user needs, technical constraints and regulatory considerations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product, UX or UI designer
• Hands-on experience with Framer
• Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and visual design tools
• Experience building or contributing to design systems and component-driven design for responsive web applications
• Clear understanding of HTML/CSS and working with front-end teams
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practice and experience designing for regulated or healthcare environments
