Responsibilities
- Own mobile-first product experiences for tactical operations alongside web-based workflows
- Lead discovery and validation through direct engagement with end users and collaborative workshops with stakeholders
- Proactively identify design opportunities with minimal direction
- Shape how product design integrates with engineering and product management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI
- Proven ability to execute high-craft, technically informed solutions
- Proven experience designing mobile-first product experiences
- Self-directed work style with demonstrated ability to operate autonomously
