The Product Designer is responsible for shaping intuitive and efficient user experiences across the InvoiceCloud platform. This includes conducting user research, collaborating with product teams, and designing AI-assisted interactions.
Responsibilities
- Design & Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to define user problems, explore solution directions, and refine product requirements
- Research & Discovery: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis to shape insights and guide product decisions
- Interaction, Visual, and Systems Design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications that capture interaction logic, states, and edge cases
- Contribute to the InvoiceCloud design system and apply consistent patterns across the platform
- Work closely with engineering during delivery to support accurate, high-quality implementation
- AI First Experience Design: Identify opportunities where AI can reduce friction or enhance workflows
Requirements
- Two or more years experience as a Product Designer or Interaction Designer in SaaS or a similarly complex product environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating research, interaction design, and visual craft
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with component driven design systems
- Ability to design accessible experiences that meet WCAG standards
- Comfort designing multi-state, logic-heavy, or data-rich workflows
- Understanding of modern UI patterns and familiarity with designing AI-powered experiences
