
The role involves designing and delivering high-quality digital-first visual communication materials across various platforms. The designer will collaborate closely with senior designers and stakeholders to refine and elevate digital creative.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality digital-first visual communication materials across web, social, CRM, paid media, and presentations
- Apply strong understanding of digital design principles including hierarchy, responsiveness, legibility, accessibility, and scalability across formats
- Translate briefs and creative direction into effective digital executions that perform across multiple platforms and screen sizes
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to refine and elevate digital creative
- Manage your own workload across multiple digital projects, delivering to tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in graphic design, with substantial, hands-on digital design experience
- A strong digital-led portfolio demonstrating work across web, social, digital campaigns, CRM, and presentation design
- Proficiency in Figma (essential) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
