Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the development, management, and delivery of large collections of data to stakeholders, including packaging files and photography. They will collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative concepts for various projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality brand assets.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the development, management, and delivery of large collections of data to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilise automated process when building out/editing content-heavy deliverables in order to deliver high-quality and consistent brand assets in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to help develop and execute creative concepts for various projects including advertisements, packaging, promotional materials, and digital content
- Design visually engaging graphics for product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards
- Assist with the development of visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website banners
- Develop graphics for print materials such as catalogues, brochures, and trade show displays
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the outdoor industry or related field
- A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts
