Lead processes and projects to create excellent features in collaboration with the Product team. Design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations, from early wireframes to final implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead processes and projects collaborating with the Product team to create excellent features
- Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within dynamic and fast cross-functional teams
- Brainstorm and design new features from scratch and take concepts through to production
- Focus on user experience using A/B tests and live results
- Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform
- Experience collaborating closely with R&D and Product
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong focus on scalable components, variants, auto-layout, and maintaining complex design systems
- Led or had a significant part in building a user application/interface, from ideation to full execution
- Positive attitude and great social skills with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
- Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High level of written and spoken English
