Senior Product Designer (Global Fully Remote | Full time | SaaS)

The designer will own end-to-end design for major product initiatives, turning complex workflows into effortless experiences. They will partner closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to solve problems and evolve the design system.
Responsibilities
- Design product experiences that feel intuitive, human, and alive, shaping flows that reduce friction, build confidence, and quietly guide users toward meaningful outcomes across the platform
- Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives - from discovery to launch, iterating based on real user impact
- Turn complex workflows into effortless experiences, driving activation, engagement, and retention for creators
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering to solve the right problems before designing solutions
- Evolve the design system, ensuring every screen, flow, and interaction scales beautifully across the platform
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Product Designer on digital products
- Strong UX fundamentals across flows, IA, interaction design, and usability
- Experience partnering closely with Engineers to ship high-quality implementations
- Comfortable shipping, learning, iterating, and improving post-launch
- A solid portfolio showcasing real product work and strong interaction thinking
