Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

The Senior Product Designer will define, build, and launch innovative solutions for users while collaborating with various stakeholders. They will own the design process from concept to pixel-perfect design, ensuring a successful user journey.
Responsibilities
- Be part of an exciting environment and play a significant role in defining, building, and launching beautiful, simple, innovative, and impactful solutions for users
- Contribute to the company's OKRs, product strategy, and vision by collaborating with product managers, engineers, copywriters, fellow designers, and other stakeholders
- Own the design process from initial concept to pixel-perfect design, including research, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and UI design
- Identify data-driven and feedback-based UX optimizations, conduct user research and testing, and ensure a consistent and successful user journey
- Help shape all guild initiatives and functions, such as the company's Design System, guidelines, processes, culture, and education
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping products and working as part of an agile product team
- Hands-on experience in the UX design process, including research, ideation, testing, visual design, and prototyping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and distill concepts and brainstorm ideas
- Fluency in Figma
