The role involves making clear design decisions, prioritizing tasks, and translating decisions into executable designs. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create clarity and stability in the design process.

- Make clear design decisions and stand behind them
- Actively prioritize and decide what not to build
- Reduce complexity through structure, not explanations
- Work with Product and Engineering as equals
- Translate decisions into precise, executable designs
- Create clarity and stability in the system
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product/UX Designer in B2B SaaS
- End-to-end ownership of a product or feature area
- High decision maturity under uncertainty
- Strong conceptual thinking and solid execution
- Experience working closely with engineers
- Confident using Figma
- Excellent English
