The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling designs and animations to enhance the company's digital presence. This role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop high-quality visual content that aligns with brand goals.
Responsibilities
- Design stunning visuals and animations for digital platforms, enhancing user engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, content and product teams to ensure visuals effectively communicate our message and align with our brand's goals
- Develop high-quality visual content for multiple platforms, utilizing modern design trends and tools to deliver impactful, brand-aligned work
- Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity to maintain consistency and cohesiveness across all visual content
- Stay current with emerging design trends, creative AI tools, and best practices, and proactively introduce innovations that improve efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a tech or digital marketing environment
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative thinking
- Knowledge of best practices in web design and experience with responsive web design
- Excellent communication skills in English, with an ability to clearly explain complex visual ideas verbally and in writing
- A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
