(Senior) Product Designer (all genders)

As a (Senior) Product Designer, you will work on the design and user experience of the Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP) in collaboration with a product manager and engineering manager. You will analyze stakeholder feedback, create mockups and prototypes, and contribute to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Map out the next development steps for the applications and create product design visions
- Analyze the context of use based on stakeholder feedback and specify necessary usage requirements
- Synthesize stakeholder feedback into actionable user workflows and create low- to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Evaluate created design solutions and communicate results to the squad
- Contribute to the design system by setting new requirements and defining newly needed components
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in product design
- Extensive portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX/UI design and interaction design
- Strong knowledge of design principles and human-centered design
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail
- Passion for creating a successful user experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
