Sr. UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile platforms, while conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a cohesive design system and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of intuitive and scalable digital experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform product strategy and validate design decisions
- Translate complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs, design solutions, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure visual and experiential consistency across the product suite
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end product design
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual hierarchy
- Experience working within Agile or cross-functional product teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
