Senior Product Designer, Ad Experiences & Solutions

The role involves leading design initiatives by independently owning large-scale projects from concept through launch, including strategic ideation, detailed flows, wireframes, visuals, and specifications. Designers must set a high quality bar by delivering best-in-class, cohesive, and innovative product experiences across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set the quality bar for best-in-class product experiences
• Leverage and extend design systems to create cohesive user experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Influence global platform teams through exploratory design and clear communication
• Practice user-centered design and participate in industry forums, user research, and usability testing

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Design (UI, UX, Product)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and strategic problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of accessibility and design systems
• Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
