As a Product Designer, you will create intuitive mobile experiences for healthcare professionals, translating complex workflows into usable product designs. You will work closely with users to understand their needs and iterate on designs to ensure they are effective in real-world settings.
Responsibilities
- Own a core product area and shape its design direction
- Design the full flow, not individual screens, and map end-to-end journeys
- Create production-ready UI that holds up in high-pressure environments
- Conduct user research and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering
Requirements
- Great aesthetic taste and strong design instincts
- Experience designing mobile-first product experiences end-to-end
- Strong understanding of interaction design and visual craft
- Fluency in Figma and modern AI tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
