UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will focus on designing user experiences for both the Monetization and Foundations zones. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive design solutions that enhance user interactions.
Responsibilities
- Design execution (primary): Identify and frame user-centered problems clearly
- Develop low- to high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate ideas
- Collaborate on design and upkeep of our multi-platform design system in Figma
- Work with product, engineering, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure designs meet user needs and design intent
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in design, HCI, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX or Product Design (agency or in-house)
- Expert-level skills in Figma for design and prototyping
- Proficient in designing multiple platforms including Responsive Web and native iOS/Android apps
- Strong collaborator, experienced working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) and stakeholders or clients
