Principal UX Designer

As a Principal UX Designer, you will define and craft the clinical experience across key platforms, focusing on user-centered solutions for healthcare professionals. You will lead design execution, strategy, and mentor fellow designers to foster innovation within the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to expanding and innovating multi-platform clinical experiences
- Own the design of cross-platform features and capabilities utilizing our design system
- Drive the UX design process to deliver effective, user-centered solutions
- Collaborate with UX research to uncover opportunities and iterate designs through testing
- Embrace experimentation with a “fail fast, learn faster” approach
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design within complex informational domains, preferably healthcare or health tech
- Skilled in designing across platforms, including responsive web and native iOS/Android apps
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Proven success utilizing UX research to iterate and test designs
- Collaborative team player with strong partnership skills, able to work closely with product, engineering, marketing, content, and stakeholder teams
