Product Designer PL

The role is responsible for understanding user pain points and needs, transforming these insights into complete experience solutions, covering research, problem definition, interface conception, prototyping, and validation. This involves continuous collaboration with Product, Technology, Business, and Manufacturing areas to balance technical feasibility, strategic goals, and user value throughout the product development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UI solutions with a focus on usability and user value
• Culturalize the practice of UX within the company, promoting the importance of user experience and research at all levels
• Work directly with developers to ensure alignment of user needs with the team and correct implementation of the product
• Generate necessary materials for handoff to the development team, such as high-fidelity prototypes and navigation flows

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Designer
• Formation in Design (graduation and/or technical course) or related areas
• Advanced knowledge of user experience, design thinking, and facilitation of workshops and co-creation activities
• Ability to understand the business and user needs, translating insights into high-fidelity prototypes in an agile and validated manner with the client
