UX/UI Product Designer

As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will own and design UX/UI execution for complex in-vehicle digital features across multiple global truck brands. You will translate requirements and user needs into high-quality design solutions, working independently with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Own design execution for defined features, operating with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Be accountable for the quality and completeness of design outputs within assigned scope
- Translate requirements and user needs into high-quality, end-to-end design solutions
- Apply user-centered design principles, leveraging research insights, system constraints, and brand guidelines
- Plan, support, and synthesize user research activities
- Build interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate interactions, flows, and overall design intent
- Deliver implementation-ready design outputs, including annotated specifications, component behavior definitions, and assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in UX, Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design
- Internship experience or up to 1-2 years of professional experience in UX/UI, product design, automotive, mobility, or complex digital products
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design execution, problem-solving ability, and ownership of outcomes
- Solid grounding in user-centered design principles and design thinking
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience collaborating with engineering or development teams
