UI/UX Designer - REMOTE - SR007
Pearl Remote (🇧🇷 São Paulo, Região Metropolitana de São Paulo, Brazil)
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences through research, wireframing, and high-fidelity design. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate user needs into effective interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing, analyze user behavior and identify experience gaps
- Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes, build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows
- Design polished, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, create and document reusable components and patterns
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyze findings and iterate on designs
- Partner with product managers and developers, present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
- Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
- Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
