Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of product solutions that balance user needs with business objectives
- Participate actively in the entire product design process, from problem exploration to implementation
- Collaborate in workshops, ideation dynamics, validation, and feedback with stakeholders, accompanied by senior designers or leads
- Design and document solutions in an iterative manner, ensuring consistency, quality, and correct implementation by the development team
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer at a mid-level
- Ability to design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes of medium to high fidelity
- Correct use of components and guidelines of a design system
- Ability to incorporate user feedback, business needs, and technical constraints into design solutions
- Experience supporting qualitative and quantitative user research processes
- Ability to document and communicate design decisions clearly
- Strong focus on usability, craft, and visual consistency
- Autonomy in executing design tasks within a defined framework
- Openness to receiving feedback, iterating, and continuously improving
- Collaborative attitude and orientation towards continuous learning
