Senior UX Designer

In this role, you will guide the development of the interface between the point of care and a robust data management platform. You will drive innovation, design impactful human-centered experiences, and collaborate with various stakeholders to shape products from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation by questioning assumptions, exploring emerging technologies, and pushing for better ways to solve tough UX challenges
- Design with impact, creating human-centered experiences that simplify complexity without sacrificing power or precision
- Collaborate deeply with engineers, product managers, domain experts, and fellow UX designers to bring bold ideas to life
- Prototype and iterate to discover what works—leveraging research, testing, and storytelling to shape products from concept to launch
- Help evolve the UX strategy and design language for a large healthcare application
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a user experience designer (UXD), user researcher, or similar
- Experience designing complex enterprise software
- Proficiency with industry-standard software for designing and prototyping (e.g., Figma)
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically
- Strong storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
