Lead discovery efforts to identify user needs and translate them into actionable insights. Communicate design intent and facilitate alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery efforts to identify user needs, pain points, requirements, and business objectives
- Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to drive alignment and clarity
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clearly defined problem statements and priorities
- Communicate design intent, requirements, and constraints effectively to technical, non-technical, and leadership audiences
Requirements
- Proven experience leading discovery and requirements gathering activities
- Proficiency in creating design artifacts using tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting in and leading meetings
- Experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Miro, Sketch
- Active Secret Clearance
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a BA/BS degree
