Senior Graphic Designer

Design and produce graphics and collateral for BlueWater Resort and Casino, while providing outstanding guest and associate service. Work closely with graphic artists and manage projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest and associate service while performing assigned duties
• Use existing knowledge of graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials
• Work closely with the graphic artist to teach how to produce creative and comprehensive layouts and unique designs
• Learn, work with, and master current and new design principles, design tools, and graphic design trade requirements
• Remain current with technological advances in the field and equipment utilized at the BlueWater Resort & Casino
• Observe, learn, and utilize the computer to design and create basic advertising and collateral pieces
• Inform the Director of Marketing of problems or difficulties in meeting requirements
• Keep the workplace safe by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in graphic design
• Fluency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Originality, initiative, and judgment
