Lead Graphic Designer – Visual Storyteller

As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will create compelling visuals for internal and external channels, including presentations and digital media. You will collaborate with leaders and vendors to ensure high-quality design and adherence to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership presentation development for external and high-profile internal audiences
- Translate high-level business objectives and abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives
- Adhere to Travelers’ visual identity standards across brand touchpoints
- Develop content for delivery across a variety of platforms and media
- Coordinate with team, vendors and other functions for all aspects of production for print, visual or digital materials
Requirements
- Demonstrated professional maturity and consultative skills
- Proven experience working with all organizational levels
- Minimum seven years' progressive experience in digital and graphic design
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expert knowledge of common graphic design tools such as Adobe Premier, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
