The Senior Graphic Designer will lead innovative design and campaign solutions across various media including events, social media, video, animation, web, and presentations within an in-house creative studio.
Responsibilities
- Lead innovative design and campaign solutions across events, social media, video, animation, web, and presentations
- Conceptualize and implement innovative experiences using expertise in graphic design
- Work independently and get things done efficiently
- Create and maintain visual design systems that can be applied across a brand
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and updates
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a senior or principal graphic designer at a fast-moving B2B company
- Stellar, real-world examples of conceptualizing and implementing innovative experiences
- A commitment to being ambitious, working independently, and getting things done efficiently
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and AI design platforms
- Experience with Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus
- Deep experience creating and maintaining visual design systems
- Proven experience working within an in-house design team or leading a single brand's design systems
- A BFA, BS, or MFA or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field
