Product Designer

The Product Designer will create user-centered experiences across healthcare technology products and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role involves optimizing the customer journey and managing design documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize the e-commerce and customer journey across all digital platforms
- Create and manage user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs
- Translate designs into actionable development plans and collaborate directly with engineers
- Conduct and assist in user research, usability testing, and QA testing
- Contribute to and help maintain a centralized design system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work across web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, with deep expertise in Figma
