The Senior Product Designer will support and extend a unified design strategy, product visualization, and narrative architecture for the CISO Organization, delivering clear stories explaining how CISO's connected services defend Microsoft. Responsibilities also include designing specifications for enterprise software, technical tools, and analytical experiences, while driving design standards and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support and extend a unified design strategy, product visualization, and narrative architecture for the CISO Organization
- Deliver clear, compelling stories that explain how CISO's connected services defend Microsoft
- Design specifications for enterprise-level software, technical tools, analytical experiences, and leadership communications that accelerate comprehension of complex security data
- Drive design standards, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and high-quality content creation across the organization to inspire alignment, clarity, and executive confidence
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- Equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position may require verification of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions

- Compensation and Benefits: AI Product Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
