Hybrid $800,000 - $1,000,000 Full-time Lead
Own the design direction for guest-facing products and lead design for Team Guest across various touchpoints. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create cohesive experiences and ensure high-quality design standards.
Responsibilities
- Own the design direction: Lead design for Team Guest across takeaway, catering, kiosks, and future guest touchpoints
- Stay close to customers: Lead research, discovery, testing, and workshops with real guests and hospitality teams
- Collaborate and enable: Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn ambition into shippable solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products or services
- Strong across the full design process: Research, journey mapping, prototyping, interaction, and visual design
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, spoken and written
