UI/UX Designer (f/m/d) for B2B security software

As a UI/UX Designer, you will shape user experiences for B2B communication products, translating requirements into user journeys and high-quality designs. You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure intuitive and accessible interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interfaces for technically complex B2B administration UIs communication solutions for end users
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to shape information architecture and end-to-end user flows
- Identify usability gaps and continuously improve the user experience in Z1 products
- Ensure consistent interaction patterns, accessibility, responsiveness, and high design quality across all products
- Build and evolve the design framework with reusable components and guidelines
- Provide design reviews and guidance when legacy interfaces require UX improvements
Requirements
- Experience designing complex B2B software products
- Skilled in designing both administrative interfaces and end-user-facing web applications
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, usable, and implementable design solutions
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Management and Development teams
- English skills at least C1
- Nice to have: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Tailwind Plus and Vue.js
