The Product Designer will own UX/UI topics for Filigran's Hub and design features from problem to delivery. They will also contribute to the Design System and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Hub product design: Own UX/UI topics for the Hub
- Design features, flows, and improvements from problem to delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers
- Ensure usability and design quality within your scope
- Design System contribution: Actively contribute to the Design System implementation
- Work in close partnership with the Head of Design on system evolution
- Identify UI inconsistencies and UX/UI debt across products
- Support adoption of shared patterns and components
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong UI and interaction design skills
- Experience working with or contributing to a Design System
- Ability to work autonomously with guidance and collaboration
- Structured, pragmatic, and curious mindset
