Brand Campaign Junior Product Designer

The Product Designer will collaborate with strategists, content designers, service designers, and developers to create compelling digital solutions that deliver meaningful impact for clients. This involves supporting the end-to-end design of experiences, from identifying user needs to creating elegant user interfaces that extend the brand.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design of the experience
- Support in solving design problems, from identifying user needs and generating concepts to defining and creating beautiful, unmistakable, and coherent interactions
- Deliver the design of user interfaces that are elegant extensions of the brand
- Build new experiences that hook you in and nudge you along in a natural and intuitive way
- Improve existing products through creative thinking, and communicate design concepts for digital products through various artifacts
- Create detailed definition of visual and interaction design based on relevant business, technical, and design considerations
- Collaborate with other designers, developers, and researchers on mixed methods work
- Present thinking and explain, discuss, and justify design decisions through appropriate methods to gain feedback and iterate thinking
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- 1-2 years of digital product design experience
- Experience in design system creation, maintenance, and management
- Understanding of how AI will help inform more impactful work
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe CC
- Great appreciation for brand, typography, color, and layout
- Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset
