The Senior UX Designer will inform the vision and drive the execution of UX design within key product surfaces, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. They will lead complex design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality design standards and seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to product strategy and roadmap development
- Champion the user throughout the product experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to design simple, elegant solutions to complex user problems
- Strong eye for detail in visual and interaction design
- Comfortable defining and using actionable metrics to evaluate the success of design decisions
- Practical understanding of user research methodologies
