Senior Product Designer UX

The Senior Product Designer will drive cross-geo collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering teams in India while partnering with a US design team to deliver cohesive experiences. Responsibilities include leading design by defining personas and journeys, planning and executing various forms of user research, and using data to inform design decisions and influence product direction.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-geo collaboration: partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams in India and US-based design team
- Evangelize design decisions: communicate concepts and designs to diverse audiences
- Lead by design: define personas, workflows, and journeys grounded in research, data, and a clear point of view
- Plan and conduct research: execute research across multiple aspects of product experiences
- Use data to inform design: collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative signals to understand user behavior
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in user experience design
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong portfolio showing UX-focused work
- Core UX skills: use cases, user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles
- Research and synthesis: plan research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions
