The Product Designer I will own the design strategy for key products within the Risk & Compliance portfolio, focusing on developing design concepts and prototypes. They will also communicate design rationale and collaborate with partners to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
- Execute feature-level design, developing design concepts, prototypes, and functional specs for individual features
- Communicate design rationale to the immediate team and manager, using user research and design principles to support positions in critiques
- Collaborate with Triad partners to ensure long-term scalability and successful developer handoff
Requirements
- 0ā2 years of experience in product or UX design, ideally within a digital media or technology-driven industry
- An undergraduate degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
- Technical proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Familiarity with using and documenting design patterns within an established design system
