Lead UX/UI design across applications within the Enterprise Decision Analytics suite, delivering world-class user experiences. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to align design with business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design across applications within the Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) suite, delivering world-class user experiences
- Simplify complexity—translate advanced data and analytics into intuitive user experiences, making data-heavy applications easy to navigate and actionable
- Define and refine user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, ensuring consistency and high quality across all design work
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to align design with business objectives and user needs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve the Arcadis Design System for enterprise applications
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a similar role
- Experience designing applications with global reach and diverse user needs
- Proven experience designing for complex, global-scale enterprise applications, data-heavy platforms, or analytics tools
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive solutions
