Product Designer (Wallet)
Emcd Remote (🇷🇸 Belgrade, City of Belgrade, Serbia)
Design end-to-end user experiences for Wallet functionalities and work closely with PMs and developers to deliver secure, user-friendly interfaces. Conduct user research and testing to validate solutions and optimize UX.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for Wallet functionalities, including payments, transactions, and account management
- Work closely with PMs and developers to deliver secure, user-friendly interfaces
- Maintain and enhance the Wallet design system, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Conduct user research and testing to validate solutions and optimize UX
- Own design tasks from ideation to production, including attention to error states and edge cases
- Propose improvements to enhance trust, usability, and overall user experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or transactional products
- Strong UX thinking with focus on secure, accurate, and reliable user flows
- Experience with design systems and cross-functional teamwork
- Proactive, independent, and responsible for driving design initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
- English B1/B2 or higher
