Design experiences that support customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate growth strategies into user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design for growth and customer outcomes
- Own growth-related problem spaces such as first-time user experiences and feature discovery
- Partner with Product and Growth stakeholders to define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of shipped work
Requirements
- 4-7 years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, ownership, and measurable impact
- Experience designing for B2B or B2B2C products
- Demonstrated experience designing for growth strategies
