The UX Designer will convert the digital customer experience strategic direction into end-to-end designs and lead the digital design process at the Group level. They will also establish a group-wide digital design system and champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Convert digital CX strategic direction and roadmap into end-to-end experience designs
- Take ownership of and lead the digital design process at Group level
- Establish and govern group-wide digital design system
- Support in strategic alignment and concept development for new areas to explore
