UX Designer - UXD/Digital Design System (DDS)

The UX Designer will focus on creating digital and email design patterns and components, as well as interactive digital experiences. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance user experiences across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Create digital and email design patterns and components
- Develop interactive digital experiences
- Lead discovery work on new design patterns and experiences in multiple channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers
Requirements
- Five+ years of relevant experience as a UXD or related role
- Familiarity working on a Digital Design System (DDS) and understanding of atomic-based design
- Proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create components and document work
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, including layout, type, color, and composition
- Experience with Jira and working with a product delivery team in agile processes
- Understanding of current WCAG accessibility standards
