The Lead Product Designer will own the design strategy for growth across key surfaces like sign-up, onboarding, activation, and revenue flows, while designing end-to-end experiences optimized for conversion and long-term engagement. This role involves owning the billing and checkout experience, translating data and research into design decisions, and leading A/B testing efforts.

Requirements
- Strong alignment with Circle's values
- Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
- 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI execution
- Experience designing in growth teams
- Experience working with experimentation frameworks
