You will plan and run research to understand end operators' needs and craft experiences that work for them in various environments. Additionally, you will lead the definition of high-impact product experiences and mentor design peers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run research to better understand end operators' needs
- Craft experiences that work for operators in various contexts
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product leads
- Lead the definition of high-impact product experiences
- Mentor and elevate design peers
- Partner with the design systems team to evolve the underlying platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI
- Deep expertise in visual and interaction design
- Systems thinking mindset
- Strong prototyping skills
- Ability to communicate the 'why' behind design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating high attention to craft and interaction details
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
