Senior UX Researcher

The Senior UX Researcher will develop research programs, define problem statements, and communicate insights from mixed methods research. They will collaborate with Product Management and Product Design teams to inform product roadmaps and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive member of a cross-functional product team by identifying research opportunities that inform product and design strategy
• Have a clear understanding of how various research functions and data sources contribute to the product development lifecycle
• Present compelling insights and recommendations to multiple teams and leaders across the organization
• Lead workshops and design sprints by surfacing relevant insights, proposing research roadmaps, and informing the evolution of our product and design strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree AND have 5+ years experience as a mixed methods user experience researcher
• Advanced degree in Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction OR alternative equivalent work experience AND 3-4+ years of experience as a mixed methods researcher
• Experience across digital products and platforms, with expertise in Payments and/or International Research and/or Compliance, legal or other highly regulated industries and/or B2B (Small and Medium Business) and/or Wellness Tech, an advantage
