Hybrid Full-time Mid-level

As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for understanding users' needs and behaviors to inform product strategy. Your insights will directly impact the user experience across automotive platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Research planning: collaboration with various stakeholders to define research objectives
  • Preparing, conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative user studies to explore business models, features, concepts and designs
  • Effectively communicate insights and findings to represent and address user needs and insights during product development
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders from various areas, including product, design, marketing, data, and strategy
  • Advocating for user needs, goals and problems as well as user-centered design throughout the organisation

Requirements

  • Experience in user research, design thinking methods and user-centered design principles
  • Knowledge of UI best practices
  • Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative UX research studies
  • Ability to create reports and give presentations
  • Fluency in English and at least one of French, German or Italian at a native-speaker level
